New team members benefit from mentorship, structured support, and resources that promote both personal and professional development.Role Description:This is a full-time Financial Adviser Representative role based in Singapore, offered on a hybrid arrangement with a mix of office-based and work-from-home days.The Financial Adviser Representative will meet with clients to assess their financial situations, goals, and risk profiles, and recommend suitable financial products and strategies.Daily tasks include preparing and presenting financial plans, conducting regular portfolio reviews, tracking market developments, and following up with clients on action items and policy updates.The role involves generating new business through networking, referrals, and outreach, as well as maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory and company guidelines.The Financial Adviser Representative will collaborate with colleagues and mentors to refine strategies, share insights, and continuously improve advisory practices.Qualifications:Strong client relationship skills, including active listening, clear communication, and the ability to build trust with diverse clients.Financial analysis, budgeting, and basic investment knowledge to assess client needs and propose suitable solutions.Sales and business development capabilities, with an interest in networking, prospecting, and growing a client base.Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple client portfolios, meetings, and follow-ups efficiently.Resilience, professionalism, and a goal-oriented mindset, with a commitment to ethical conduct and regulatory compliance.Comfort with digital tools and office software for preparing reports, presentations, and maintaining records.Relevant diploma or degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred; industry certifications or licenses required by local regulations are an advantage.Prior experience in financial advisory, insurance, banking, or wealth management is beneficial but motivated career-switchers are also encouraged to apply.Min qualification of Diploma is required following industry guidelines.
