These iconic, best-in-class brands have a presence across European countries, the group is focused on organic growth and acquiring more businesses in the future.Job PurposeAccountable for theend-to-end accounting and controls for market legal and management entities. You willact as a key partner to the FDs and senior stakeholders, providing technicalinsight, robust controls, and accounting leadership to ensure critical reportingdeadlines are met with precision.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Control: Primary lead for a £1Bn area, providing full oversight ofBalance Sheet, P&L, and Cash Flow statements.Reporting & Compliance: Lead Statutory and Management reporting, ensuringcompliance with IFRS, SOX controls, and internal governance.Stakeholder Management: Partner with FDs, Business Partners, andGroup Finance to provide technical accounting support.Process & Audit: Own the R2R cycle, manage the relationship with externalauditors, and oversee Outsource Service Providers for tax and VAT compliance.Leadership: Supervise and develop a team of Financial Controllers and AssistantControllers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Qualified ACA, ACCA with at least 5 years pqelarge teams backgrounddriving process improvements/changeFinancial and Tax reportingAudit, statutory reporting and controls
