By delivering innovative financial technology solutions, Mudad aims to enhance operational efficiency and contribute to a more robust and reliable payroll ecosystem in Saudi Arabia.Qualifications & Experience*Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (strong accounting background is preferred).*2–5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).*Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.*Experience preparing monthly management reports, financial reports, and performance dashboards.*Strong understanding of financial statements, including the Statement of Financial Position, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statement.*Experience supporting month-end and year-end closing activities.+Hands-on experience with financial reconciliations, financial analysis, and data validation.*Good understanding of accounting principles, including journal entries, bank reconciliations, accounts receivable, accounts payable, accruals, prepayments, and fixed assets.*Knowledge of Saudi tax and Zakat regulations is preferred.Technical Skills*Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, Power Query, and advanced formulas.*Experience in budgeting, financial modeling, forecasting, and variance reporting.*Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.*Experience working with ERP systems; Oracle ERP experience is preferred.*Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret *financial data and provide actionable insights.*Ability to prepare clear financial reports and management summaries.Soft Skills:*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.*High attention to detail and data accuracy.*Excellent organizational and time management skills.*Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.*Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.*Strong sense of ownership and accountability.*Team player with a continuous learning mindset.Job Posting Start Date: 19 July 2026Job Posting End Date: 23 July 2026
