Senior Financial Planning Analyst

Our client is a well-established international logistic company with a strong global footprint. In line with continued expansion and growth, we are recruiting for a newly created position as Senior FP&A AnalystWith a minimum of 5 years’ experience in FP&A, including full P&L ownership, strong advanced Excel capabilities (including Macros and VBA) are essential. The role also requires the ability to identify key business drivers to support decision optimization and unlock growth opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Support the development of the annual operating plan, including detailed financial analysis, consolidation of regional inputs, and preparation of executive-level materials.Produce recurring financial performance reports for business leaders, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities to support decision-making.Provide analytical support for long-term financial planning and multi-year business outlooks.Enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of planning and forecasting processes, with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and continuous improvement.Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to proactively identify financial risks and value creation opportunities, strengthening the finance function as a strategic business partner.Contribute to ad hoc and project-based initiatives supporting broader finance and corporate priorities, including transactions and strategic investments.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience, preferably in a complex, multi-region, or operations-driven environment.Advanced Excel skills (Macros, VBA) and financial modelling expertise, with the ability to synthesize complex datasets into actionable insights.Advanced proficiency in Excel and presentation tools.Adaptable, proactive, and hands-on working style with a positive, solution-oriented mindset.Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.Interested applicants, please send your updated resume to Angeline Wu at AngelineW@charterhouse.com.sg.EA License No: 16S8066 | Registration No: R1438557
