The role offers a high-level of senior stakeholder exposure in supporting business performance, forecasting and strategic decision-making across a complex, multi-entity environment.This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys working closely with senior stakeholders, driving insight-led decision making and influencing business performance.Reporting into senior finance leadership, you will play a key role in delivering financial planning, forecasting, reporting and performance analysis across the organisation.Key responsibilities include:Delivering month-end reporting, providing meaningful analysis and insight into financial performanceSupporting the budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processesConsolidating departmental reporting and KPI packs for senior leadership teamsProducing robust financial analysis to support strategic decision-makingBusiness partnering with operational and functional leaders across the organisationDriving improvements, consistency and standardisation across reporting processesSupporting the preparation and review of monthly financial statements, including P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow reportingManaging periodic revenue, cost and headcount reporting cyclesProviding ad hoc commercial and financial analysis to support business prioritiesWe're keen to speak with qualified finance professionals who combine strong technical capability with excellent stakeholder management skills.You will ideally have:ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification with similar experience within FP&A, commercial finance or finance business partneringStrong analytical and financial modelling skillsAdvanced Excel capabilities and confidence working with large datasetsExcellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholdersA proactive, inquisitive mindset and a desire to challenge and improve existing processesProven ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines
