By delivering a fully digital, end-to-end journey, Fundiin enables millions of users to access financial products with greater clarity, confidence, and control.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Financial Product Owner/Sr. Specialist to own the development and performance of financial products on Fundiin — from identifying customer needs and defining the product proposition to launching, measuring and continuously optimizing the product.QualificationsKey ResponsibilitiesOwn the product strategy, proposition and roadmap for assigned financial products among BNPL, Unsecured Personal Loans, Credit Cards, Car Loans, Secured Loans, and other digital financial products.Identify customer needs, market opportunities and competitive offerings to define compelling financial product propositions.Translate customer needs and FI capabilities into clear product requirements, customer journeys and product specifications.Work closely with Bank & FI Partnership, Distribution Partnership, Marketing & Growth, Data Science, AI, Technology, Finance & Accounting, Legal and Operations to launch and scale products.Define and optimize key product parameters including eligibility, pricing, tenure, limits, fees, offer presentation and application journey, within approved risk and commercial frameworks.Monitor product performance and continuously improve approval, conversion, disbursement, customer experience and unit economics.Use data and experimentation to identify opportunities to improve product performance and customer outcomes.Develop business cases and recommendations for new products and major product changes.Qualification & ExperiencesBachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.3+ years of experience in product management, consumer finance, lending, banking, fintech or related fields.Strong understanding of financial products and customer journeys. Strong analytical and commercial mindset; comfortable working with data and financial models. Strong cross-functional execution and stakeholder management skills. Ability to translate complex financial concepts into simple customer propositions. Experience working with banks/FIs, credit products or digital financial services is strongly preferred. Entrepreneurial, highly driven and able to independently detect pain points, build solutions to realize market opportunities.Fluency in Vietnamese and English.
