It offers tailored solutions beyond standard markets and combines technical expertise with a commitment to responsible corporate citizenship.ResponsibilitiesAssist with the preparation of the firm’s consolidated financial statements including footnotes and other disclosuresAssist with the preparation and review of financial reports and filings with the SEC and other regulatory bodiesAssist in the preparation of US STAT audited financial statementsParticipate in research and application of US GAAP and SEC regulatory requirementsPrepare or review annual subsidiary-level financial statements and related audit supportAssist with the preparation and review of internal and external audit requestsLead or assist with various projects including financial systems implementations, process improvement initiatives, and merger & acquisition finance integration and reportingRequirementsBachelor’s degree in accounting or finance3-5 years of related experience within public accounting or at a publicly traded companyCPA requiredStrong understanding of US GAAP, SEC rules and regulations, and internal controlsInsurance industry experience preferredExperience with Workiva WDeskExperience with general ledger/consolidations software’sSalary Range$115,000-$135,000
