It offers tailored solutions beyond standard markets and combines technical expertise with a commitment to responsible corporate citizenship.ResponsibilitiesPrepare consolidated financial statements including footnotes to financial statements and other disclosuresPrepare and review of financial reports and filings with the SEC and other regulatory bodiesPrepare and review annual subsidiary-level financial statements and related audit supportAssist with the preparation and review of internal and external audit requestsAssist with earnings releases and other external communicationsParticipate in research pertaining to US GAAP and SEC regulatory requirementsPrepare reports and materials for distribution to executive managementRequirementsBachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required3-5 years of experience at a public accounting firm and/or at a publicly traded firmStrong understanding of US GAAP, SEC rules and regulations, and internal controlsCPA requiredExperience with general ledger/consolidations software’sExperience with business intelligence toolsSalary Range$115,000-$130,000
