Senior Fit-Out & Joinery Detailer (Full-Time / Remote)Company Description: FEIZO DESIGN is a Saudi-based global interior design and fit-out studio with over 15 years of experience delivering luxury residential, commercial, and hospitality projects across the GCC. We blend European design precision and Italian craftsmanship with strong regional knowledge to execute high-end interiors with meticulous attention to detail, quality, and delivery standards.Role Description:We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Fit-Out & Joinery Detailer for a Full-Time Remote position. In this hands-on role, you will translate high-end interior design concepts into precise technical drawing packages for bespoke joinery and fit-out elements.While your primary focus will be producing high-precision shop drawings, you will also guide junior drafting staff, resolve complex technical details, and ensure full alignment with our luxury standards.Key Responsibilities:Technical Detailing: Prepare comprehensive shop drawings, fabrication packages, and assembly details for bespoke furniture, cabinetry, wall paneling, and custom joinery.Coordination & Alignment: Coordinate remotely with designers, engineers, and production teams to resolve technical issues, review site measurements, and optimize construction methods.Standards & Quality: Maintain and contribute to the continuous improvement of the studio’s technical detailing templates, CAD standards, and material libraries.Technical Guidance: Review technical packages produced by junior drafters when required, ensuring absolute accuracy and feasibility before issuance to fabricators.Qualifications:Experience: Strong background in technical drawing and detailing for high-end/luxury interior fit-out and joinery projects (GCC experience preferred).Software Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD (Dynamic Blocks, complex detailing layouts); familiarity with Revit (BIM) or 3D visualization software is a strong plus.Production Knowledge: Deep understanding of joinery construction methods, material properties, hardware integration, and manufacturing tolerances.Communication & Remote Work: Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with remote cross-functional teams, site contractors, and fabricators.Education: Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Industrial Design, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.How to Apply:If you have a passion for luxury precision and Italian-level craftsmanship, please send your CV and a Portfolio/Work Samples (specifically featuring Joinery & Fit-Out Shop Drawings) to:Email: hr@byfeizo.comSubject Line: Application: Senior Joinery Detailer - [Your Name]Note: Applications submitted without technical shop drawing samples will not be considered.
