Senior Flexcube Functional Consultant - Islamic Banking

We are looking for an experienced Senior FLEXCUBE Functional Consultant with strong Islamic Banking expertise to join a banking project in Riyadh.The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in FLEXCUBE and a strong understanding of Islamic Banking products and processes. The consultant will work closely with the client, business stakeholders, and technical teams to support functional requirements, solution design, implementation, testing, and production activities.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide functional expertise on FLEXCUBE with a focus on Islamic BankingGather, analyze, and document business requirements from banking stakeholdersTranslate business requirements into appropriate FLEXCUBE functional solutionsConfigure and support FLEXCUBE based on business and Islamic Banking requirementsWork closely with technical teams for solution design, customization, and integrationSupport functional testing, SIT, UAT, implementation, and production activitiesAnalyze and resolve functional issues and provide appropriate solutionsPrepare functional specifications, process documents, and other project documentationParticipate in workshops and discussions with end-client stakeholdersPerform impact analysis for new requirements, enhancements, and change requestsSupport product configuration and validation for Islamic Banking processesCoordinate with QA, technical, business, and project management teams throughout the project lifecycleProvide functional guidance and support to other team members where requiredRequirements10+ years of experience in banking technology / core banking projectsStrong hands-on functional experience with FLEXCUBEProven experience as a FLEXCUBE Functional Consultant / Senior Functional ConsultantStrong knowledge of Islamic Banking products, processes, and principlesExperience working on Islamic Banking implementation or transformation projectsStrong understanding of core banking processes and FLEXCUBE functionalityExperience in requirements gathering, functional analysis, configuration, testing, and production supportAbility to translate business requirements into FLEXCUBE functional solutionsStrong stakeholder management and communication skills
