Senior Flight Attendant to provide exceptional inflight service while supporting cabin safety, security, crew coordination, passenger care, and operational standards.The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, sound judgment, excellent communication, and a highly professional approach to managing passengers, supporting fellow crew members, and responding effectively to routine and emergency situations.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform all cabin safety, security, and service duties in accordance with approved procedures and operating standards.Conduct pre-flight, inflight, and post-flight responsibilities to ensure safe and efficient cabin operations.Participate in pre-flight briefings and review flight information, passenger requirements, safety procedures, and operational considerations.Inspect assigned cabin areas, emergency equipment, safety equipment, service areas, galleys, lavatories, and passenger facilities before departure.Verify that required safety and emergency equipment is present, accessible, serviceable, and properly secured.Conduct safety demonstrations and provide clear passenger instructions.Ensure passengers comply with seat-belt, baggage, electronic-device, seating, and other applicable safety requirements.Maintain continuous awareness of cabin conditions and identify potential safety or security risks.Monitor passenger behavior and address safety-related concerns professionally and appropriately.Deliver high-quality inflight service in accordance with company standards and cabin-service procedures.Welcome passengers and provide professional, courteous, and personalized service throughout the flight.Assist passengers with seating, cabin facilities, baggage, special requests, and general travel requirements.Provide food, beverage, amenity, and other inflight services efficiently and professionally.Maintain high standards of cabin presentation, cleanliness, organization, and service readiness.Monitor passenger comfort and proactively respond to service requirements.Provide appropriate care and assistance to elderly passengers, children, passengers with reduced mobility, and other passengers requiring additional support.Coordinate special assistance arrangements in accordance with approved procedures.Support premium-cabin and VIP passengers with discreet, personalized, and professional service.Handle passenger complaints, concerns, and service-recovery situations calmly and effectively.Resolve routine passenger issues within established authority and escalate matters when appropriate.Maintain professional communication with passengers from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.Demonstrate cultural awareness and sensitivity when interacting with international passengers.Assist with boarding, passenger seating, cabin preparation, and departure procedures.Conduct cabin checks before takeoff, during flight, before landing, and after landing as required.Monitor cabin conditions throughout all phases of flight.Coordinate with the Purser, Cabin Manager, Senior Cabin Crew, Flight Deck, and other crew members.Support effective communication between cabin crew and flight deck personnel.Assist in coordinating cabin crew activities and service sequences.Provide guidance and operational support to junior cabin crew members.Coach less-experienced crew members on service standards, safety procedures, communication, and professional conduct.Support onboarding, familiarization, and practical development of new cabin crew members.Promote teamwork, discipline, professionalism, and a positive cabin-crew environment.Take leadership responsibility during assigned cabin operations when required.Respond promptly and appropriately to medical events, turbulence, onboard incidents, and other abnormal situations.Administer first aid and provide appropriate passenger assistance within training and authorization.Follow established procedures for onboard medical emergencies and coordinate with flight deck personnel.Respond to smoke, fire, decompression, evacuation, security threats, unruly passengers, and other emergency situations according to approved procedures.Operate emergency equipment and systems in accordance with training and aircraft-specific requirements.Support evacuation procedures and maintain effective passenger control during emergencies.Apply appropriate procedures for turbulence, severe weather, technical issues, diversions, and other operational disruptions.Maintain accurate records and reports for safety events, medical incidents, passenger issues, service incidents, and other required occurrences.Complete required cabin documentation accurately and within established timelines.Report safety hazards, equipment defects, service issues, security concerns, and operational irregularities.Conduct appropriate post-flight cabin checks and ensure relevant issues are reported and documented.Support the secure handling of company property, passenger belongings, documents, and service equipment.Maintain appropriate standards for confidentiality and passenger information.Follow applicable aviation security, customs, immigration, health, safety, and regulatory requirements.Maintain required licenses, certifications, medical clearances, training qualifications, and recurrent training.Participate in recurrent safety, emergency, medical, security, service, and aircraft-specific training.Maintain current knowledge of aircraft configurations, emergency procedures, service standards, and company policies.Participate in safety audits, service assessments, quality reviews, and cabin inspections where required.Support cabin-service improvement initiatives and provide constructive operational feedback.Identify opportunities to improve passenger experience, cabin efficiency, service consistency, and crew coordination.Maintain professional appearance, grooming, conduct, and uniform standards.Represent the airline professionally throughout the passenger journey and in all customer interactions.Support irregular operations and passenger-management activities during delays, cancellations, diversions, and other disruptions.Assist with rebooking, passenger communication, accommodation coordination, and welfare support where assigned.Provide management with relevant CandidateThe successful candidate should have strong experience as a Flight Attendant, Senior Cabin Crew Member, Cabin Supervisor, Purser, or other experienced aviation cabin professional, preferably with an international commercial airline or premium aviation operation.The candidate should demonstrate:Proven experience working as a professional flight attendant in commercial aviation.Strong knowledge of cabin safety, security, emergency procedures, and inflight service standards.Experience operating on international and diverse passenger routes.Strong understanding of aircraft-specific cabin procedures and emergency equipment.Demonstrated ability to respond calmly and effectively during emergencies and abnormal situations.Current or recent certification in required cabin safety, emergency, medical, and aviation-security training.Strong passenger-service and hospitality skills.Experience supporting premium-cabin, VIP, executive, or high-profile passengers is desirable.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong cultural awareness and ability to interact respectfully with passengers from diverse backgrounds.Proven ability to handle difficult passengers, complaints, conflicts, and service-recovery situations.Strong leadership and teamwork capabilities.
