Senior Floral Artist

We are looking for a Senior Floral Artist with strong creative vision, refined taste, and the ability to create sophisticated floral work at a luxury level.This is not a traditional florist role. We need someone who can take a general brief or visual direction, develop the concept independently, and turn it into a strong final result with confidence and initiative.Requirements* Strong artistic vision and excellent sense of colour, proportion, texture, and composition* Proven experience in luxury floral design, statement arrangements, and large scale installations* Ability to create distinctive, modern, and visually strong floral concepts* Comfortable working from a mood, reference, or brief without needing detailed direction* Strong knowledge of flowers, seasonality, conditioning, structure, and construction techniques* Excellent attention to detail and finishing* Ability to plan and execute floral concepts from idea to completion* Ability to lead, guide, and manage a floral team* Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure when required* Strong portfolio showing original and high quality floral workPlease apply with your portfolio and examples of work that best represent your creative style.management@menna.sa.com
