This role is responsible for designing and creating flower arrangements and floral decorations for the company’s branches, special events, and customer orders. Daily tasks include planning floral designs, selecting and preparing flowers and materials, maintaining stock quality, and ensuring attractive displays that align with brand standards. The Senior Florist will interact directly with customers, understanding their needs and providing recommendations, while also guiding junior team members on design and presentation. The role requires close coordination with branch staff to support promotions, seasonal themes, and special occasions.QualificationsStrong skills in Flower Arrangements and Floral Design, with the ability to create diverse styles for different occasions.High level of Creativity Skills to develop unique concepts, color combinations, and decorative themes.Excellent Customer Service skills to listen to client needs, offer guidance, and ensure a positive experience.Experience in Decoration for events, in-store displays, and seasonal campaigns.Previous experience as a florist or in a similar creative role, preferably at a senior or supervisory level.Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, manage time effectively, and handle peak periods such as holidays and special events.Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work safely with tools and materials.Basic inventory management skills and familiarity with handling and storing fresh flowers.Ability to collaborate with a diverse team and follow company guidelines and quality standards.
