This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you won't just be writing Flutter widgets; you'll be crafting the motion and feel that makes Mylo's AI matchmaker feel human.What You'll DoOwn the Experience: Build and maintain Mylo's Flutter app across iOS and Android end to end, using BLoC/Cubit for clean, predictable state management.Bring Motion to Life: Design and implement the animations and micro-interactions - AnimationController, Tween/Curve, custom page transitions, gesture- and physics-driven motion, CustomPainter/Canvas work - that make every match reveal feel magical, not mechanical.Chase the Frame: Sustain 60/120fps across the app, profiling with Flutter DevTools and Impeller, using RepaintBoundary and rebuild discipline to keep even the busiest screens buttery smooth.Own the Platform Layer: Build on Firebase (Remote Config, App Check, Cloud Messaging, Crashlytics, Analytics, Performance), Dio-based networking, and secure local persistence.Ship It For Real: Take releases live on the App Store and Google Play - build flavors, signing, CI/CD - and keep them running.Who You AreExperienced: 5+ years of mobile development experience, including 3+ years shipping Flutter/Dart in production.A Flutter & Animation Powerhouse: Expert with BLoC/Cubit (flutter_bloc, HydratedBloc, immutable state, buildWhen/listenWhen, BlocSelector) and dependency injection via GetIt + Injectable, with strong animation skills across AnimationController, Tween/Curve, implicit and explicit animations, and CustomPainter/Canvas rendering.Performance-Obsessed: You treat 60/120fps as non-negotiable, know your way around Flutter DevTools and Impeller, and reach for RepaintBoundary and rebuild discipline deliberately, not as an afterthought.Platform Fluent: Comfortable across Firebase, Dio-based networking with auth-token handling, OAuth/Cognito-style authentication, local persistence (Hive, SharedPreferences, secure storage), and responsive, localized UI including RTL support for Hebrew.Ship-Tested: You've shipped and maintained live apps on both stores - build flavors, signing, release management, CI/CD - backed by unit/widget testing and clean Git hygiene.A Startup Operator: You take extreme ownership, prioritize speed, and navigate ambiguity with ease in a fast-paced environment.Bonus Points: Experience with fragment shaders (GLSL) or procedural animation math, native iOS/Android work via platform channels, real-time data (WebSocket/GraphQL subscriptions), in-app purchases, media/image pipelines, or device haptics and Rive/Lottie - and just as much, the judgment to know when not to reach for them.Work Setup & PerksLocation: Hybrid position based out of our office in the heart of Tel Aviv.Impact: High ownership, a competitive salary, and a dynamic team environment where you will shape Mylo's product from the ground up.Mission: Work on a product with real emotional depth, cultural relevance, and the power to change lives.Sound Like Your Perfect Match?Send your CV and a link to your portfolio or GitHub to hr@mylo.dating and include the role title in the subject line.
