Senior Flutter Developer - Chatroom & Live Streaming Apps

Raxvor is The Human Expression Universe, a social platform built around human expression, real-time connection, and meaningful interaction.We are looking for a Senior Flutter Developer who has already worked on production-level Chatroom and Live Streaming applications and can immediately contribute to Raxvor's real-time Chatroom ecosystem.This is a specialized role, not a general Flutter maintained, or significantly contributed to production Chatroom / Live Streaming applications.Tutorials, courses, personal experiments, theoretical knowledge, or projects created primarily by decisions independentlyRead and understand an existing codebaseTake ownership of features from implementation through testingBuild production-quality features rather than prototypesCommunicate clearly about technical decisions and problemsAI coding tools are completely acceptable as development tools.However, you must understand the code, architecture and implementation decisions yourself.We are looking for an experienced engineer, not someone who uses AI to learn the entire domain after joining.Communication RequirementHindi communication is mandatory.You should be comfortable communicating implementation involved.You should not need several days of basic explanation before being able to understand what the feature is supposed to do.Domain familiarity is extremely important for this
