The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in the Flutter framework and Dart programming language, with a proven track record of building high-performance, scalable, and user-friendly cross-platform mobile applications for Android and iOS.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications using the Flutter framework.Build responsive, scalable, and performance-driven applications for both Android and iOS platforms.Convert UI/UX designs into clean, maintainable, and efficient Flutter code while ensuring consistency with design guidelines.Integrate RESTful APIs and backend services to enable seamless communication between mobile applications and server-side systems.Optimize application performance, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and improve overall efficiency.Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code by following coding standards and best practices.Perform unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and bug fixing to ensure application stability and reliability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, QA Engineers, and Backend Developers.Manage source code using Git and participate in code reviews.Create and maintain technical documentation for applications, APIs, and development processes.Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, code reviews, and retrospectives.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.5.5-6 years of experience in mobile application development with significant hands-on experience in Flutter.Strong proficiency in Dart programming language and Flutter SDK.Excellent understanding of Flutter architecture, widgets, and lifecycle management.Experience with state management solutions such as Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, or Redux.Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON parsing, and asynchronous programming.Experience integrating third-party SDKs and libraries.Good understanding of mobile app architecture patterns such as MVC, MVVM, or Clean Architecture.Hands-on experience with Git and version control workflows.Experience with unit testing and widget testing using Flutter Test, Mockito, or similar frameworks.Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.Preferred SkillsExperience with Firebase services such as Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Messaging, Crashlytics, and Analytics.Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile application deployment.Familiarity with Android and iOS native development concepts.Knowledge of mobile application security best practices.Experience publishing applications to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.What We're Looking ForStrong ownership and accountability.Passion for building high-quality mobile applications.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.Commitment to writing clean, scalable, and maintainable code.Eagerness to learn new technologies and continuously improve development practices.
