Senior Flutter Developer

Our client, an established organisation, is looking for an experienced Senior Flutter Developer to design, build and maintain high-quality applications across Android, iOS and Web. This role will play a key part in application architecture, technical decision-making, code quality and end-to-end feature delivery.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop and maintain scalable applications using Flutter and Dart across mobile and web platforms.Own features end-to-end, from technical design and implementation to testing, deployment and production support.Define and maintain clean, scalable application architecture and reusable components.Build complex UI, application state, navigation, API integrations and data-driven features.Implement offline-first functionality, including local persistence, caching, synchronisation, conflict handling and recovery from interrupted operations.Manage complex file workflows, including uploads, downloads, local storage, caching and retry/resume scenarios.Integrate REST APIs, authentication, push notifications, analytics and third-party SDKs.Diagnose and resolve complex issues across Flutter, native platforms, web, networking, storage and application lifecycle.Optimise application performance, including startup time, rendering, memory and network usage.Develop and maintain unit, widget and integration tests while upholding high engineering standards through code reviews.Collaborate closely with backend, product and design teams to translate requirements into reliable technical solutions.Mentor developers and contribute to engineering standards and technical decisions.Requirements:5+ years of software development experience, with strong production experience in Flutter/Dart.Proven experience delivering and maintaining Flutter applications across iOS and Android, with experience in Flutter Web.Strong knowledge of Flutter internals, widget lifecycle, rendering, asynchronous programming, isolates and performance optimisation.Strong understanding of application architecture and design patterns such as Clean Architecture, MVVM or similar.Hands-on experience with state management frameworks such as BLoC/Cubit, Riverpod, Provider or equivalent.Experience with local persistence technologies such as SQLite, Drift, Isar, Hive or similar.Experience designing offline data synchronisation, retry mechanisms, conflict resolution and connectivity-aware workflows.Strong experience with file handling, storage, uploads/downloads, permissions and cross-platform considerations.Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON serialisation, authentication, error handling and networking.Familiarity with native Android/iOS concepts and Flutter platform channels.Experience with Git, CI/CD, automated testing, crash reporting and application monitoring.Excellent debugging and root-cause analysis skills, including troubleshooting complex production issues.Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with the ability to independently investigate problems, propose solutions and drive them through to completion.How to Apply:Interested applicants may submit their updated resume in MS Word format to: Shahul Hameed Bin Abdullah (EA Reg.
