They watch Returns.The Returns app is where all of it becomes visible: live positions, order flow, P&L, and alerts, streaming in real time from 9:15 to 3:30 every trading day. It is live on both stores and used with real money daily. We are hiring the person who will take it to the next level and build the products that come after it.The roleSenior Flutter Developer with an App Lead's scope. You will work directly with the founder, own the existing app, raise its bar on performance and reliability, and lead the build of new products on top of the platform. As the team grows, you grow it.What you will do• Own the Returns app end to end on iOS and Android: quality, performance, reliability, releases• Take the current codebase to the next level: refactor where it matters, harden real-time flows, and set the standards for what comes next• Build new products on the platform from first sketch to store release• Deliver real-time experiences on websocket streams that stay smooth under market-open load• Run the release pipeline: CI/CD, code signing, store submissions, crash monitoring, hotfixes• Define API contracts with the backend team and push for what the app needs• Hire and mentor the next app engineers as the team growsWhat we need• 4+ years of Flutter experience, with at least two apps you built live on both stores• Strong Dart fundamentals and a clear, defensible point of view on state management and architecture• Hands-on experience with real-time data, offline handling, and performance profiling• Comfort with platform channels, push notifications, deep links, and native build tooling• Experience inheriting and improving an existing production codebase, not just greenfield work• Ownership: you have been accountable for an app in production and for fixing it when it brokeNice to have• Fintech, broking, or trading app experience• Financial charting libraries and large-list rendering• Exposure to Go, Postgres, or backend services• Open-source Flutter contributionsWhat you get• Top-of-market compensation with meaningful ESOPs in a fast-growing, funded company• Real ownership: your decisions ship the same week and reach users trading real money• Latest MacBook and the tools you ask for• Location: Gurugram, with flexible hours built around market hours• Direct access to the founder and the quant desk, and a view into how India's markets actually work
