Senior Flutter Developer

Client: Logistics, Shipping CompanyWe are looking for an experienced Senior Flutter Developer to design, build, and maintain high-quality applications across Android, Web, and iOS. You will play a keyrole in application architecture, technical decisions, code quality, and delivery while taking ownership of features from development through production.Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience, with strong production experience in Flutter/Dart.
• Proven experience shipping and maintaining Flutter applications on iOS and Android, with Flutter Web experience.
• Strong knowledge of Flutter internals, widget lifecycle, rendering, asynchronous programming, isolates, and performance optimization.
• Strong understanding of application architecture and design patterns such as Clean Architecture, MVVM, or similar.
• Strong experience with state management such as BLoC/Cubit, Riverpod, Provider, or equivalent.
• Experience with local persistence using SQLite, Drift, Isar, Hive, or similar.
• Experience designing offline data synchronization, retry mechanisms, conflict resolution, and connectivity-aware workflows.
• Strong experience with file handling, storage, uploads/downloads, permissions, and cross-platform differences between mobile and web.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON serialization, authentication, error handling, and networking.
• Familiarity with native Android/iOS concepts and Flutter platform channels.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, automated testing, crash reporting, and application monitoring.
• Excellent debugging and root-cause analysis skills, including difficult production issues.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability — able to independently investigate problems, propose solutions, and drive them through to completion.
