About the RoleWe are seeking a Senior Flutter Developer Engineer to join our fast-paced, mission-driven team. In this role, you will build and maintain high-performance mobile applications that are critical to our mission of delivering accessible mental health care. Your work will directly shape how patients and providers engage with our platform, ensuring a seamless, secure, and intuitive user experience.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver user-centric features.Optimize app performance, responsiveness, and scalability across iOS and Android platforms.Integrate RESTful APIs and manage asynchronous data flows with resilience and efficiency.Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and contribute to continuous UI/UX improvements.Debug and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks.Stay current with Flutter ecosystem updates, tools, and best practices.Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of clean, maintainable code.Maintain CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth deployment processes.Mentor more junior engineers.Requirements6+ years of professional experience in Flutter development.Advanced proficiency in Dart, Flutter’s widget tree, and rendering pipeline.Proven experience building and scaling production-grade mobile and web apps using Flutter in a professional capacity.Strong understanding of mobile architecture and design patterns (e.g., BLoC, MVVM).Experience optimizing rendering performance, memory usage, and app startup time.Solid experience integrating RESTful APIs and handling network reliability.High-quality UI implementation with attention to layout, responsiveness, and platform-specific nuances.Experience with React/React Native in production environments is a plus.Native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin) experience is a bonus.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaborative team environments.Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Forensic attention to detail and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.Ability to consistently work 40 hours per week, 4 PM to 1 AM PKT.Familiarity with Healthcare operations and EHR desired
