Senior Flutter Developer (iOS & Android)

We are looking for an experienced Flutter Developer who can take ownership of mobile app development across both iOS and Android platforms.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain high-quality Flutter applications for iOS and AndroidPublish, manage, and support apps on Apple App Store and Google Play StoreHandle TestFlight, App Store releases, Play Console releases, beta testing, and production deploymentsBuild modern, responsive, and polished mobile UI/UX experiencesIntegrate GraphQL and REST APIs efficientlyWork closely with backend and product teamsDebug performance, networking, and platform-specific issuesLead mobile development initiatives and mentor junior developers when neededIndependently own features from development to deploymentUse modern AI/GenAI development tools to improve productivity and code qualityRequired ExperienceMinimum 4+ years of professional Flutter/mobile application development experienceAt least 5 published production mobile applicationsExperience independently handling app releases to Apple App Store and Google Play Store is mandatoryStrong experience with Flutter and DartSolid understanding of mobile app lifecycle for both iOS and AndroidExperience with TestFlight, App Store Connect, and Google Play ConsoleExperience integrating GraphQL and REST APIsStrong understanding of mobile architecture, state management, and performance optimizationAbility to work independently and lead development initiatives when requiredExperience using GenAI tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar tools in the development workflowPreferredExperience with healthcare or high-scale consumer applicationsExperience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile appsExperience with Firebase, push notifications, analytics, and crash reportingEmployment TermsThis is a full-time exclusive employment role.
