This role requires strong hands‐on development expertise, deep understanding of mobile application fundamentals, and the ability to deliver robust solutions while collaborating closely with architects, product owners, and cross‐functional teams.Experience7-10 years of experience in mobile application development5+ years of hands-on Flutter experience in production environmentsExperience delivering enterprise-grade mobile applications deployed to app storesStrong experience working in Agile / Scrum environmentsHands-on experience participating in technical design discussionsExposure to guiding or mentoring junior developers is preferredExposure to AI/ML integration in mobile apps and enthusiasm for exploring AI-driven solutions is a strong advantage.Required Skill SetStrong expertise in Flutter and Dart, with experience building scalable mobile applicationsSolid understanding of mobile architecture patterns (MVC / MVP / MVVM, Clean Architecture basics)Experience with state management solutions (BLoC, Riverpod, Provider, etc.)Proficiency in building modular Flutter applications and reusable UI/componentsGood understanding of Android and iOS fundamentals, lifecycles, and platform limitationsKnowledge of and ability to leverage iOS and Android platform capabilities, including native features (rich push notifications, app shortcuts, deep OS integration), background tasks, automation, and device-level integrations (sensors, geofencing, NFC, Bluetooth).Experience with REST / GraphQL API integration and network handlingKnowledge of secure coding practices and basic mobile security conceptsExperience in performance optimization, memory management, and efficient renderingFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing (unit, widget, integration), and build processesExperience with app store releases, versioning, rollout, and production supportStrong collaboration skills with backend, QA, DevOps, and product teamsResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain robust Flutter mobile applicationsTranslate functional and technical requirements into clean, maintainable codeCollaborate closely with mobile architects to align with platform standards and best practicesParticipate in code reviews, ensuring quality and consistencyContribute to technical design and solution discussionsIdentify and resolve performance, stability, and usability issuesWrite unit, widget, and integration tests to ensure application qualitySupport release activities, bug fixes, and production issuesMentor junior developers and promote engineering best practices
