Senior Flutter Engineer (Saudi National)

This role is responsible for designing and building high-quality mobile applications using Flutter, ensuring performance, reliability, and a strong user experience. Daily tasks include implementing new features, refactoring and optimizing existing code, integrating APIs and backend services, and collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers. The Senior Flutter Engineer will participate in code reviews, mentor less-experienced team members, and contribute to architectural decisions and technical best practices. The role also involves troubleshooting production issues, maintaining documentation, and staying current with Flutter and cross-platform development trends to continuously improve the product.Qualifications Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart, with experience delivering production-grade mobile applications for Android and iOS.Solid understanding of mobile app architecture, state management (e.g., Provider, Bloc, Riverpod), and clean code principles.Experience integrating RESTful APIs, handling JSON data, and working with backend services and third-party SDKs.Knowledge of mobile UI/UX best practices, responsive design, and accessibility considerations.Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.Experience with testing frameworks, debugging tools, and performance optimization for mobile applications.Background in Agile or Scrum methodologies, including participation in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to take ownership of complex technical tasks.Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary, on-site team environment in Al Olaya.Experience in digital transformation projects or working with clients in the Egyptian or Gulf markets is a plus.
