Senior Forward Deployed Engineer

Ibex. is looking for a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to lead technical implementations for enterprise customers and turn complex customer workflows into production-ready AI solutions.Key Responsibilities:• Lead implementations from kickoff to production launch• Build integrations using JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, APIs & webhooks• Work directly with enterprise customers and technical teams• Build, test, and improve AI agents, prompts, retrieval, and tool-based workflows• Troubleshoot integrations, data flows, and production issues• Drive testing, monitoring, launch readiness, and continuous improvementWhat We’re Looking For:• 5+ years of software, solutions, implementation, or forward-deployed engineering experience• Strong hands-on JavaScript/Node.js skills• Strong experience with REST APIs, webhooks, authentication, and integrations• Experience taking complex requirements from discovery to production• Practical understanding of AI/LLMs, prompting, RAG, agentic systems, and AI evaluations• Excellent customer-facing communication and problem-solving skills• High ownership and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentNice to Have: TypeScript, Python, React/Next.js, Salesforce, Zendesk, ServiceNow, Twilio, Genesys, Five9, CI/CD, observability, or workflow automation experience.
