You will help employees and teams move from one-off AI assistance to reliable daily use, then turn what you learn into better skills, workflows, connectors, permissions, and platform capabilities. You will own the rollout from discovery through live use: understand how a team works, choose the right starting point, configure and validate the solution, investigate failures, measure adoption, and feed recurring patterns into the product roadmap. This is a hands-on product role, not a training, support, sales, or pure implementation role.ResponsibilitiesUnderstand how teams work today: their tools, data, recurring tasks, decisions, actions, handoffs, and operational risks.Decide what belongs in an individual harness, a reusable skill, a governed workflow, deterministic automation, or human review.Connect approved tools and data, and configure agent-assisted work for coding, debugging, incident investigation, reconciliation, reporting, QA, document work, and releases.Define workflow inputs, outputs, evidence requirements, permissions, prompts, escalation paths, fallback behavior, and human approval points.Work with business and compliance owners to define Rules and Action Types, including ownership, risk level, approval requirements, and change history.Ensure that AI recommends or drafts, a named person makes the decision, and the platform executes only an approved and permitted action.Investigate incorrect answers, missing evidence, stale data, unsafe actions, and uncertain external execution results. Separate source-data, configuration, workflow, AI, and platform issues.Drive adoption through real work, measure sustained usage and outcomes, and identify where users abandon the platform or return to existing tools.Turn recurring friction, missing connectors, weak context, approval gaps, and trust issues into PRDs, acceptance criteria, and roadmap proposals.Build rollout playbooks that help teams create skills, adopt workflows, and become increasingly self-sufficient.What We’re Looking For6+ years in Product Management, Technical Product Management, Forward Deployed Product, Solutions Architecture, Operations Tooling, Internal Platforms, or AI Products.Hands-on experience using, designing, launching, or operating AI-powered products, agent harnesses, or AI-assisted workflows in real work.Practical understanding of LLMs, retrieval, tool use, agent orchestration, structured outputs, prompting, skills, and human-in-the-loop workflows.Good judgment about when to use an individual agent, a reusable skill, a governed workflow, deterministic automation, or human decision-making.Experience driving adoption across multiple teams. You understand the difference between deployment, regular use, and measurable value.Technical fluency: you can read logs, write SQL, understand APIs and data flows, and reason about identity, permissions, audit trails, failure handling, and system boundaries.Ability to define product requirements, workflow specifications, acceptance criteria, Rules, Action Types, and roadmap proposals.Strong written and verbal communication, practical judgment, and comfort working with ambiguity across users, Product, Engineering, Operations, and compliance. You do not need to train models, build ML infrastructure, or write production code as your primary job. You do need to understand how AI-enabled work behaves in practice and how to operate it safely.Preferred BackgroundAI products, developer tools, coding assistants, internal platforms, enterprise software, B2B SaaS, payments, finance, or other audit-heavy environments.Incident management, reconciliation, reporting, QA, release workflows, compliance operations, or other structured business processes.Products with explicit ownership, approvals, permissions, audit records, sensitive data, or regulated operating requirements.
