FP&A Analyst | Sydney CBD$135,000-$150,000 + Super + BonusSydney CBD | Hybrid | 2 Days per week in OfficeAbout the RoleWe are partnering with a large and growing national business to recruit a newly created FP&A Analyst position.This role offers a broad and commercially focused remit. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to provide financial insights, modelling and decision support across investment decisions and growth initiatives.Key responsibilities include:Partner with senior leaders to provide commercial and financial decision supportBuild business cases and financial models for new site investments, relocations, renewals and portfolio decisionsManage budgets, forecasts, investment approvals and performance trackingAnalyse P&Ls, profitability and key operational cost driversConduct investment analysis and post-investment reviews while identifying risks and opportunitiesAbout YouWe are looking for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys using data and financial insights to influence business decisions.You will ideally have:CA/CPA qualification with 5+ years' experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A or Finance Business PartneringExperience with lease accounting and staff allocation analysisStrong financial modelling and business case development experienceExperience within multi-site environmentAdvanced Excel and strong financial analysis skills, with Power BI experience highly regardedStrong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadersWhy This Role?Genuine commercial influence - Play a key role in investment, portfolio and operational decisions that directly impact business performanceSenior stakeholder exposure - Partner closely with senior leadersBroad and strategic remit - Gain exposure to financial modelling, business partnering, investment analysis and portfolio strategyLarge and growing business - Join an established national organisation with a significant growth agendaHybrid workingAbout the CompanyOur client is a large, established and growing organisation with a significant national footprint.
