This is a highly commercial role with strong exposure to senior leadership, providing the analysis and insight that help drive growth and profitability. The business is scaling rapidly in the UK and internationally - growing ARR by 20% in the last year. Finance is seen as a true business partner and plays a central role in budgeting, forecasting, improving operational performance and supporting key investment decisions.The RoleThis isn't a traditional reporting role. You'll work closely with budget owners and senior management, turning numbers into clear recommendations that improve business outcomes. Alongside core FP&A, you'll get hands-on involvement in the company's transformation programme and exposure to M&A and value creation work, which is ideal for someone looking to accelerate their career.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the budgeting, forecasting and reforecasting processesOwn and develop the planning tool, acting as a builder to design models, improve forecasting processes and automate reportingBuild and maintain financial models to support business decision-makingBusiness partner department heads and non-finance stakeholders, helping them understand their numbers and improve cost controlDeliver ad hoc commercial analysis, including scenario planning and performance trackingSupport the CFO and Senior FP&A Manager on investment cases, M&A and value creation workContribute to transformation projects that will reshape the finance function and wider business operationsWhat We're Looking ForQualified Accountant (ACA / CIMA / ACCA)Ideally have hands-on experience with a planning tool such as Anaplan, Adaptive Planning (Workday), Oracle EPM/Hyperion, Board, Jedox, Planful, Vena, Cube, IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) or SAP Analytics CloudIdeally experience with recurring revenue modelsWhat's on Offer£65,000 to £70,000 base salary plus bonusHigh-growth, dynamic business with a sociable, collaborative cultureSenior FP&A Analyst | Tech & Information Services | £65,000 to £70,000 plus bonus | London - Hybrid
