Speed, ownership and genuine ambition run through the culture, this is a team that moves fast and expects a lot of itself.The RoleA hands-on, Senior FP&A Analyst hire reporting into the Head of FP&A. You'll join a small, sharp finance team built by operators who've done this before at some of the best businesses in the market, genuine calibre to learn from daily. The function is still being built, so there's real scope to shape how the business plans, reports and partners with the wider team.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn budgeting and rolling forecasts, stress-testing assumptions across the businessBuild models for scenario planning, headcount and long-range forecastingOwn the headcount model and leadership reportingWrite variance commentary that explains the "why", not just the numbersBuild KPI dashboards and track core SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, churn, cohorts)Business partner with product and operational teamsUse AI daily to automate reconciliations and repeatable analysisEssential ExperienceOne of: a first move out of VC/PE/banking into an operator role; an operator or strategy/ops role at a SaaS scale-up; or a senior FP&A analyst seat at a high-calibre VC-backed businessGenuinely AI-native: uses AI tools daily to sharpen analysis and automate routine workFluent in SaaS metrics: ARR, NRR, churn, cohort and unit economicsBuilds clean, well-structured models people actually useDesirable ExperienceExposure to investor relations or fundraisingPackageSalary: Up to £70,000 + equityLocation: London; hybrid, 2 days/week in officeStart Date: ASAP / open to noticeAt Harmonic, we are dedicated to fostering an inclusive and equitable workplace.
