We are committed to underwriting excellence, entrepreneurial thinking, and empowering our people to make a meaningful impact as we continue to build the next generation of specialty insurance businesses.Position SummaryThe Senior FP&A Solutions Analyst supports the evolution, optimization, governance, and day-to-day management of ANV’s FP&A systems, reporting processes, and data infrastructure. The role connects FP&A, Accounting, HR, business teams, Corporate IT, Data, and implementation partners to deliver scalable, controlled solutions that improve efficiency, data integrity, and business continuity.Key ResponsibilitiesFinance Systems & Planning EnablementServe as FP&A functional administrator or power user for enterprise planning, financial, and reporting platforms.Participate in all phases of finance systems delivery, including requirements gathering, configuration support, testing, training, deployment readiness, and post-implementation support.Support the evolution of ANV’s finance systems landscape, including planning platforms, ERP integrations, reporting solutions, upgrades, configuration changes, and future finance technology initiatives.Finance Transformation & Process ImprovementAssess current processes and design scalable future-state workflows, controls, and handoffs.Coordinate transformation and financial systems projects, including milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, stakeholder communication, and adoption activities.Data Governance, Reporting & AnalyticsBuild controlled, refreshable reporting processes using SQL, Power Query, Power BI, or comparable tools.Audit, validate, and improve data integrity across finance systems and reporting environments through reconciliations, controls, exception monitoring, anomaly investigation, and continuous process improvement.Partner with Data and IT to improve reporting efficiency, data access, governed delivery, and reporting-request intake.Acquisition Onboarding & IntegrationAssess acquired companies’ finance systems, data, processes, and readiness; define mapping, validation, onboarding, and cutover requirements.Coordinate issue resolution and transition to recurring operations; maintain reusable integration templates, test scripts, and procedures.Stakeholder Partnership, Governance & AdoptionFoster cross-functional collaboration among FP&A, Accounting, HR, Data, Corporate IT, and business leaders to support planning, reporting, system enhancements, and acquisition integration initiatives.Maintain finance systems documentation, data definitions, configuration requirements, process guides, testing evidence, and user training materials to support scalability, governance, knowledge sharing, and business continuity.QualificationsRequiredBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Management Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.4 to 7 years of relevant experienceFive or more years of experience in FP&A systems, finance transformation, EPM, business analysis, reporting, or business intelligence.Experience administering, implementing, or supporting an ERP, EPM, planning, reporting, or BI platform.Strong Excel skills and experience using SQL, reporting, and visualization tools such as Power BI to automate reporting, improve data quality, and support financial planning and analysis.Ability to validate multi-source data, troubleshoot reporting issues, manage multiple priorities, and communicate across technical and business teams.PreferredExperience with Workday Financial Management, Workday Adaptive Planning, or another enterprise ERP/EPM platform.Insurance, MGA, financial services, private-equity-backed, acquisition-intensive, or multi-entity experience.Experience with ERP/EPM implementations, reporting standardization, finance transformation, or acquisition integration.Success FactorsCombines financial acumen with a strong interest in systems and technology.Hands-on, detail-oriented, intellectually curious problem solver who converts ambiguity into controlled solutions.Collaborative change leader who balances long-term design with FP&A deadlines and business priorities.
