Location: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaJob Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleReef Group is seeking a passionate and insight-driven Senior Fragrance Trends Specialist to support the development of fragrance concepts, market direction, and product innovation across the Group’s fragrance portfolio.The role will focus on identifying emerging fragrance trends, consumer preferences, ingredient movements, olfactive directions, competitor activity, and global market developments to support Product Development, Marketing, and Brand teams.The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the fragrance industry, olfactive families, consumer behavior, and global fragrance trends, with the ability to translate market observations into clear and commercially relevant recommendations.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and analyze local, regional, and global fragrance trends.Track emerging olfactive directions, ingredients, notes, formats, and consumer preferences.Conduct competitor benchmarking across fragrance brands, launches, pricing, concepts, and product positioning.Identify new market opportunities, white spaces, and potential fragrance concepts.Support Product Development teams with trend insights and fragrance direction.Prepare fragrance trend reports, market intelligence updates, and seasonal trend presentations.Research consumer preferences and behavior across different markets and customer segments.Monitor international fragrance launches, niche brands, luxury brands, and emerging concepts.Translate market trends into actionable recommendations for new fragrance development.Collaborate closely with Product Development, Marketing, Brand, Commercial, and Creative teams.Support concept development, fragrance storytelling, naming, positioning, and launch direction.Maintain updated databases of fragrance trends, competitors, ingredients, and market developments.Attend relevant exhibitions, fragrance events, and industry activities when required.Stay updated on cultural, lifestyle, beauty, fashion, and consumer trends that may influence fragrance preferences.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Chemistry, Fragrance, Beauty, Consumer Insights, or a related field.3–6 years of relevant experience in Fragrance, Beauty, Market Research, Consumer Trends, Product Development, or a related area.Strong knowledge of fragrance categories, olfactive families, ingredients, notes, and market trends.Experience in fragrance, beauty, luxury, cosmetics, or consumer goods is highly preferred.Strong research, analytical, and trend-spotting skills.Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics.Ability to translate trends and insights into commercially relevant product recommendations.Strong presentation and reporting skills.High attention to detail with a strong interest in fragrance, beauty, fashion, and lifestyle trends.Experience with market intelligence, trend forecasting, or research platforms is an advantage.Why Join Us?Join Reef Group during an exciting stage of regional and international growth.
