Senior Freight Forwarding Operations & Customs Executive (Arabic Speaking)

Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Freight Forwarding Operations & Customs Executive (Arabic Speaking) at Black Pearl Shipping Services located in Dubai.Key Requirements* Arabic speaking is mandatory* Good command of English for international communication* Minimum 3–5 years UAE freight-forwarding experience* Strong hands-on knowledge of Dubai Trade / Mirsal 2* Excellent knowledge of Jebel Ali Port and Dubai Customs procedures* Experience preparing and processing Bill of Entry (BOE)* Import, Export, Transit and Re-Export declarations* Strong experience with LCL shipments* Knowledge of FCL, Air Freight and Road Freight is an advantage* Understanding of HS Codes, customs duties and required clearance documentation* Experience dealing with shipping lines, NVOCCs, CFS facilities, transporters and customs
