Senior Front-End Developer

Contribution and key responsibilities:Front-end Application Development: Design, code, and maintain high-quality front-end applications primary using React; focus on creating responsive and dynamic user interfaces that interact seamlessly with backend servicesUI/UX Implementation: Transform design concepts into functional and appealing user interfaces; ensure great looking and interactive experience through close collaboration with UI/UX designersAPI Integration: Integrate front-end applications with backend APIs, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality with internal systems, third-party services, and external interfacesCode Review & Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and maintain high-quality, clean, and testable codePerformance Optimization: Optimize front-end components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsersTechnical Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Owners, Business Analysts, Designers, QA, Back-end Developers) to define and design the scope of new features and enhancementsProblem Solving: Address and resolve front-end issues, ensuring a stable and efficientuser experienceStrong proficiency in React, JavaScript, TypeScript, RHF and Zod or FormikThe ideal candidate is also comfortable working with AI-assisted co-coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Cody, Windsurf or similar), leveraging them to improve code quality, velocity, and developer experience.Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools such as Vite and Next.jsStrong understanding of responsive design principles, including media queries, CSS grid and flex, as well as experience with frameworks like TailwindCSS and FluentUI is considered a plusFor efficiency and effective role performance:A degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Architecture or a related field is considered a plusMinimum of 3 years of experience in developing front-end applications, preferably with React3 years of experience in frontend development for custom web applications from concept to launch and beyondDemonstrated skills in developing applications using React, including React hooks, state management, and component lifecycleAbility to diagnose and resolve front-end issues effectivelyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a collaborative teamBecome part of Fibank family by sending a CV with a recent photo by 20.08.2026.For additional information: contact the Human Capital Management Department, Internal Consultants Unit, phone 02/9100100.
