Senior Front-End Developer (TypeScript / React)

🔹 Role OverviewWe are seeking a talented Senior Front-End Developer to design and build highly responsive, intuitive user interfaces for our cloud-native trade capture and analytics platform. In this role, you will lead the front-end development of high-performance web applications that visualize complex financial data in real time, serving both internal power users and external customers purchasing products through our web portal.You will collaborate closely with backend engineers (Rust/Python) and product designers to transform high-frequency data streams into fluid, user-friendly, and reliable web applications.🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesArchitect and build modern, high-performance web applications using TypeScript and React for trading analytics, execution workflows, and customer web portals.Design and implement interactive, low-latency dashboards and charts capable of processing and visualizing complex, high-volume market data.Integrate UI components with RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and Server-Sent Events (SSE) for seamless, live streaming data feeds.Optimize browser rendering performance, state management, and DOM manipulation to handle large datasets and high-frequency real-time updates smoothly.Build modular, accessible, and reusable component libraries to maintain design consistency across multiple web applications.Write comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end (E2E) automated test suites (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright, Cypress) to catch UI regressions early.Focus on crafting clean, intuitive, and accessible user experiences that simplify complex financial workflows for non-technical users and external portal customers.🔹 Required Skills & ExperienceStrong mastery of TypeScript and modern React ecosystems (React, Next.js, modern state management like Zustand, Redux Toolkit, or Jotai).Hands-on experience integrating front-end applications with streaming data mechanisms (WebSockets, SSE) and REST APIs powered by modern backend services (Rust/Python).Deep understanding of browser rendering mechanics, memory leak detection, virtualized lists/tables for large datasets, and web performance optimization tools.Proven experience setting up and maintaining automated UI test suites for critical user flows and behavior verification.Comfortable working and developing within Linux-based desktop and build environments.🔹 Preferred QualificationsExperience with canvas/SVG charting libraries such as D3.js, Highcharts, Chart.js, Lightweight Charts, or visx.Familiarity with trading workflows, financial metrics, market data feeds, or fintech platform UI/UX patterns.Exposure to microservices or micro-frontend architectures for scaling large-scale web applications.
