Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled Frontend React Developer with 3–4 years of professional experience building modern, responsive, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of React.js, JavaScript, and frontend development best practices, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and enhance web applications using React.js.Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable UI components.Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate designs into responsive, pixel-perfect interfaces.Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability.Write clean, well-documented, and testable code following coding standards.Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve frontend issues.Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development processes.Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver high-quality features.Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies and best practices.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).3–4 years of hands-on experience in frontend development.Strong proficiency in React.js and JavaScript (ES6+).Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Redux Toolkit, or Context API.Experience integrating RESTful APIs.Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.Understanding of cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Good communication and teamwork abilities.
