While it began by driving Shaji Coatings’ digital transformation, Sysnora is now growing as an independent technology company that helps organizations modernize operations, automate processes, and enhance customer experiences.Role Description We are looking for a Senior Frontend Developer (Angular + Nx) to take ownership of frontend architecture and help shape the engineering foundation of an upcoming large-scale, futuristic product.This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Kochi, Kerala, with 1 opening for candidates with 3–6 years of professional frontend development experience.The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with modern Angular and Nx monorepo architecture, along with a solid understanding of scalable frontend engineering, reusable component design, state management, and performance optimization.You will work closely with backend developers, UI/UX designers, product owners, QA engineers, and other frontend developers to establish clean architecture, maintain development standards, and deliver high-quality user interfaces.This role goes beyond feature development. You will play a key role in defining the Angular direction, frontend architecture, coding standards, reusable UI patterns, and long-term maintainability of the product.Qualifications3–6 years of professional experience in frontend developmentStrong hands-on experience with Angular v14+ — must-haveAdvanced knowledge of TypeScriptExperience with state management using NgRx and/or Angular SignalsStrong understanding of component-driven and modular architectureExperience building reusable, scalable, and maintainable UI componentsStrong experience with REST API integrationGood understanding of frontend performance optimization and rendering strategiesAbility to identify and refactor legacy or poorly structured Angular codeStrong understanding of Angular architecture, routing, services, modules, and dependency injectionGood understanding of UI/UX fundamentals and responsive frontend developmentExperience establishing and maintaining frontend coding standards and best practicesAbility to collaborate effectively with Backend, Product, UI/UX, and QA teamsStrong debugging, problem-solving, and technical decision-making skillsExperience working on enterprise applications, dashboards, or large-scale products is a strong advantageExposure to agile methodologies and tools(jira,confluence)
