The projects we work on literally change the world.We are looking for a Senior UI/Frontend Engineer:As a Senior UI/Frontend Engineer with 100% focus on frontend development, you will work with lead-level and fellow senior-level engineers to architect and implement scalable, data-driven user interfaces. You will develop performant and robust web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks while supplying the continued evaluation and advancement of web technologies in the organization.At InRhythm, you will:Build and maintain complex, data-heavy UI features using React and TypeScript in a 100% frontend-focused capacityWork extensively with AG Grid to build, optimize, and maintain sophisticated grid-based data views and complex data displaysCreate and maintain calculator functionality that enables users to run their own simulations with intuitive, responsive interfacesMaintain and extend a comprehensive UI component library used across dashboard and calculator functionality, ensuring consistency and reusabilityManage CI/CD pipelines for frontend codebases with DevOps knowledge and best practices for deployment automationWork with clients to architect solutions that solve real-world frontend challengesProvide technical estimates and milestones for frontend features and storiesMentor junior engineers and contribute to the growth of InRhythm via technical interviewsWhat you bring to the table (Core Requirements):5+ years of professional JavaScript/TypeScript development in enterprise-level domainsExtensive, production-level expertise with React and modern JavaScript frameworksDeep, hands-on experience with AG Grid in production applications—including complex configurations, performance optimization, and custom integrationsProficiency with TypeScript and modern ES6+ JavaScript featuresWorking knowledge of DevOps practices for managing CI/CD pipelines and deployment automationExperience building and maintaining reusable UI component libraries at scaleStrong understanding of responsive design, accessibility (a11y), and web performance optimizationSolid verbal and written communication and consultant/client-facing skills; a true consultant who takes initiative and is a self-starterNice to have:Experience with Angular or other frontend frameworksKnowledge of Java or backend technologies (helpful for working with full-stack teams)Experience with build tools (Webpack, Vite, etc.) and their optimizationFamiliarity with financial or asset/wealth management domain applicationsPrior experience with data visualization libraries and complex financial applicationsWhat makes you stand out from the pack:You have pushed UI code into production and have shipped multiple complex web applications to marketYou are a true craftsperson in frontend development—someone who is an avid practitioner and stays current with modern web technologiesYou have worked on long-term tenures at enterprise-level organizations, building sophisticated user interfaces at scaleYou enjoy coaching junior engineers on frontend best practices, but want to remain hands-on with codeExperience in payments or asset/wealth management domain applications is a plusOpen to work on-site - 5 days per weekWhy Be an InRhythmer?People at InRhythm are entrepreneurs and innovators at heart and problem solvers who find new ways to overcome challenges.
