Positioned as the UK’s No.1 VoIP provider ahead of the 2027 BT Landline Shutdown, this is a fast‑paced, award‑winning environment with strong opportunities to learn, grow, and build your career.Role Overview You will be embedded full-time within a cross-functional product squad (Product Owner/BA, Backend Developer, and QA) as an individual contributor.You will work across three frontend codebases at different stages - from building modern UI in Vue 3/Nuxt/TypeScript to supporting legacy Vue 2 platforms. This role is ideal for a senior engineer who builds reusable components, writes comprehensive tests, leverages AI-assisted tools daily, and raises technical standards across the team.Key ResponsibilitiesContribute to feature development and the TypeScript/Tailwind migration in their customer portal, while maintaining and working within their legacy Vue 2 internal CRM.Build reusable, well-documented components consumed by other developers, treating performance and accessibility as everyday habits.Work confidently against REST APIs and debug issues across the frontend/backend boundary.Write unit and component tests (Vitest) alongside feature development and build/maintain E2E test suites with Playwright.Utilize daily agentic coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) to build features and document internal patterns/prompts for team benefit.Raise team standards through code reviews, pairing, and worked examples, helping to introduce and sustain best practices.Deliver small, demoable increments within two-week sprints and communicate asynchronously through strong written documentation.Minimum Requirements & Must HavesStrong hands-on experience with Tailwind + Typescript is a must as well as Vue 3, Composition API, TypeScript, Nuxt (SSR, data fetching, hydration).Willingness and ability to work in legacy Vue 2 (Options API) alongside modern stack projects, is a key requirement.Proven experience building reusable components and working comfortably within a partially migrated codebase.Core testing proficiency in unit/component testing (Vitest, Vue Test Utils/Testing Library) and E2E testing (Playwright, including suite creation, CI integration, and flaky test handling).Daily experience with agentic AI tools for feature work, with the ability to explain concrete usage, limitations, and prompt practices.Proven track record of high autonomy, strong written English communication, and introducing engineering practices into existing teams.Ability to cover working hours aligned with ~12:30–18:00 IST for overlap with UK schedules.Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.Preferred ExperienceExperience turning designs or AI prompts into working, production-grade Uis.hands-on experience with Tailwind + Typescript Experience deploying or working with applications hosted on Google Cloud Run.Background in documenting reusable UI patterns and team-wide AI prompting techniquesExperience contributing to multi‑codebase environments is a key requirement Experience contributing to multi‑codebase environmentsIf you bring the skills and experience listed above, we’re excited to see your applicationDue to high application volumes, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted - but we genuinely review, appreciate and value every application and wish you the very best in your search.
