This role is ideal for an experienced frontend engineer with deep expertise in React, TypeScript, modern frontend architecture, and design systems, who enjoys building enterprise-grade applications with strong engineering practices, reusable component libraries, and cloud-native delivery pipelines.Role OverviewAs a Senior Frontend Developer, you will lead the development of enterprise-scale frontend applications built using React 19, TypeScript, and modern frontend tooling. You will be responsible for designing scalable application architecture, building reusable UI components, integrating secure APIs, implementing performant state management, and delivering highly maintainable applications.You will work closely with product managers, UX designers, backend engineers, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality software while mentoring engineers and driving frontend engineering best practices.Key ResponsibilitiesFrontend DevelopmentDesign, develop, and maintain scalable React applications using React 19 and TypeScript.Build reusable, modular, and maintainable UI components following enterprise design system standards.Develop feature-rich user interfaces including dashboards, forms, data tables, workflows, and management portals.Implement code splitting, lazy loading, and route-level authorization for improved application performance.Build responsive and accessible user interfaces compliant with modern web accessibility standards.Develop reusable custom hooks, utilities, and shared frontend libraries.Architecture & EngineeringOwn frontend architecture decisions including component composition, module boundaries, state management, and application structure.Design scalable solutions using modern state management libraries such as Jotai or Zustand.Consume OpenAPI-generated REST clients while maintaining strong type safety.Implement secure authentication and authorization using Azure Entra (MSAL/OAuth2/OIDC).Build reusable Web Components for integration with multiple enterprise applications.Ensure compatibility across modern browsers and enterprise environments.UI & Design SystemsDevelop applications using enterprise design systems, reusable components, and design tokens.Implement responsive layouts using SCSS, CSS Modules, and modern CSS practices.Collaborate with UX teams to translate design specifications into high-quality production interfaces.Support theming, localization, and accessibility throughout the application.Performance & QualityOptimize application performance through efficient rendering, memoization, virtualization, and bundle optimization.Develop automated unit, component, and integration tests using Storybook, Vitest/Jest, Testing Library, and MSW.Maintain high code quality using ESLint, Prettier, SonarQube, and strict TypeScript practices.Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.DevOps & DeliveryContribute to CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or equivalent platforms.Support application deployment, package publishing, and frontend release management.Maintain build tooling using Vite, npm/pnpm, and modern frontend development workflows.Collaborate with backend teams to define API contracts and improve end-to-end delivery.LeadershipMentor junior and mid-level engineers on frontend architecture and engineering best practices.Promote coding standards, reusable design patterns, and high-quality software
