Senior Frontend Developer (ReactJS)

About the RoleWe are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to design and build scalable, end-to-end systems supporting Masan's digital transformation initiatives across retail, FMCG, and commerce ecosystems.You will work with ReactJS-powered user interfaces — building core transformation platforms, integration services, internal tools, and data-driven applications that enable largescale digital products across Masan's business units.This role requires strong expertise in modern frontend frameworks, performance optimization, scalable UI architecture, and close collaboration with Backend, Product, and Design teams to deliver seamless user experiences at scale.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop responsive frontend applications for Masan's digital platforms and transformation initiatives.Develop reusable, maintainable frontend architecture using modern frameworks (React preferred).Optimize frontend performance (rendering, bundle size, loading time) to support large-scale usage.Work closely with Backend engineers to integrate APIs (REST/gRPC) effectively.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features end-to-end.Ensure consistent UI/UX quality across products through clean code and design system usage.Implement best practices for state management, component architecture, and code structure.Write unit tests and contribute to overall frontend code quality.Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture decisions.Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve frontend performance and reliability.Qualifications3–5+ years of frontend development experience with strong hands-on expertise.Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks (React is strongly preferred).Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.Experience with state management (Redux, Zustand, React Query, or similar).Experience working with RESTful APIs and understanding backend integration.Familiarity with frontend performance optimization techniques.Experience with modern build tools (Vite, Webpack, etc.).Experience with Git workflows and collaborative development.Understanding of frontend testing practices (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, etc.).Nice to haveExperience in high-traffic consumer products (e-commerce, fintech, loyalty, CRM, etc.).Experience with data visualization libraries (ECharts, Recharts, D3.js, etc.).Background in Retail, FMCG, or Supply Chain domains.Why join MasanContribute to high-impact digital platforms used by millions of consumers.Solve challenging engineering problems with large-scale and complex system requirements.Work in a dynamic, product-driven environment with strong cross-functional collaboration.Competitive compensation package and strong opportunities for advancement across Masan’s multi-sector ecosystem.
