That is where you come in.The role We are looking for a frontend engineer with 4-6 years of experience who thinks like a product designer and builds like an engineer. Someone who can take a rough idea and turn it into something real, polished, and shippable, often before anyone has opened Figma.You will own the surfaces our customers touch every day, and you will have genuine say in how they look, move, and behave. This is not a role where tickets get handed down and pixels get pushed. You will help shape what we build, not just how it gets built.What You'll DoBuild and own core product surfaces in React and TypeScript, from first sketch to production.Prototype directly in code when an idea is still forming, so we can feel it before we commit to it.Craft the details that separate good from exceptional: typography, spacing, hierarchy, motion, and the small interactions people never consciously notice but always feel.Design and grow our design system, so the whole team moves faster and the product stays coherent.Handle the states most people forget: loading, empty, error, offline, and everything in between, across desktop and mobile.Treat accessibility and performance as first class concerns, not afterthoughts.Partner closely with product, design, and the founders to decide what is actually worth building.What Exceptional Looks LikeWe wrote this part honestly, because we want the right person to see themselves in it.You have a portfolio of production frontend work you are genuinely proud of.Your React, TypeScript, and browser fundamentals are strong. You understand what is happening under the hood, not just which hook to reach for.You have taste.
