Rather than basic automation requiring constant human intervention, the team is developing intelligent AI workers capable of executing, monitoring, and continuously improving customer interactions.This is a highly technical, fast-moving environment built for ambitious engineers who want significant ownership and direct impact.The RoleWe are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to join a small, high-ownership engineering team.You’ll build the user experiences behind a rapidly scaling voice AI platform, including customer-facing tools, dashboards, analytics, and prompt-management experiences.This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who is genuinely strong in React and TypeScript, comfortable owning frontend architecture, and excited by the speed and intensity of an early-stage startup.What You'll DoBuild and ship React-heavy frontend features end-to-end, including dashboards, analytics, prompt management, and customer-facing tooling.Write high-quality, production-grade React and TypeScript code independently.Collaborate closely with backend, full-stack, and frontend-focused engineers.Own frontend architecture decisions and help establish technical standards as the product scales.Work directly with customers during onboarding and debugging.Translate customer feedback into product and UX improvements.Rapidly iterate and ship in a high-growth startup environment.What We're Looking ForCore Requirements3–7 years of professional frontend engineering experience.Currently, or very recently, a hands-on frontend engineer working extensively with React.Expert-level React ability and the ability to code independently without relying on AI assistance.Production experience with TypeScript and Node.js.Experience working at a well-known technology company and/or high-growth venture-backed startup.Strong computer science and software engineering fundamentals.Comfortable working in a highly demanding, fast-paced startup environment.Able and willing to work primarily on-site in Redwood City, CA.EducationB.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline from a highly regarded university.The education requirement may be flexible for candidates with particularly strong experience at high-growth startups or leading technology companies.Preferred BackgroundStrong candidates will typically have a combination of:Significant experience within VC-backed startup environments.Experience at a recognized high-growth technology company or YC-backed startup.Deep hands-on expertise building production applications with React.Exp
