If yes, then come join us as our new Senior Frontend Software Engineer.Help leading companies run compensation cycles more efficiently, by building the next generation of compensation management software. You will be working closely with the founder team to build the most intuitive and functional compensation management experience that exists. Your work will be put in the hands of global leading companies, and their compensation experts. You will own the front-end feature deployment flow end-to-end incl. UI/UX, and rely on our strong internal experience and customer advisory board to ensure we nail our customer’s requirements. You’ll have ownership of your work, flexibility in how you approach problems, and the opportunity to shape the look, functionality, and feel of our product as we scale. This role is not about bug-fixing or tweaking, but an opportunity for you to deep-dive into the world of compensation management, and put your fingerprint on the internal processes of leading companies. We do not expect you to know everything from day one, but we expect you to be a fast learner, open to the chaos of a startup environment, and to have a winning attitude. Core requirements:Experience in designing and implementing analytics (e.g., functional graphs depicting advanced statistical models) and data-heavy UIsStrong experience with React, Next.js and TypeScriptSomeone who likes owning a domain in a small teamComfortable working in an existing codebaseProven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, unstructured environmentA builder mentality - you are eager to build end-to-end features on your ownNice-to-haves:Familiarity with Git and standard GitHub workflows (branches, PRs, code reviews)Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, ideally with GitHub ActionsExperience in small teams or early-stage productsExperience in designing UX/UI journeys and implementing itExperience working with FigmaWhat we offerAn opportunity to work and develop yourself in a very fast-paced startup environment, where you will have influence on key decisions shaping the future of the product.A nice working environment in central Copenhagen, with driven, fun, and motivated colleagues.The tech equipment you need to perform.Flexibility in working from the office/at home.Salary Range: The range for the position is 50.000 - 60.000 DKK/month depending on your seniority, with an option for participating in our incentive program, so you also have a possibility to participate in the upside as we grow together.
