Senior Frontend Software Engineer

You will be working closely with the founder team to build the most intuitive and functional compensation management experience that exists. Your work will be put in the hands of global leading companies, and their compensation experts. You will own the front-end feature deployment flow end-to-end incl. UI/UX, and rely on our strong internal experience and customer advisory board to ensure we nail our customer’s requirements. You’ll have ownership of your work, flexibility in how you approach problems, and the opportunity to shape the look, functionality, and feel of our product as we scale. This role is not about bug-fixing or tweaking, but an opportunity for you to deep-dive into the world of compensation management, and put your fingerprint on the internal processes of leading companies. We do not expect you to know everything from day one, but we expect you to be a fast learner, open to the chaos of a startup environment, and to have a winning attitude.
