Senior Full Stack Consultant (Digital Portals)

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a leading investment group in the UAE. Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Consultant (Digital Portals) to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise web applications. The role will be responsible for developing modern front-end and back-end solutions, building microservices-based architectures, integrating APIs, optimizing databases, and delivering secure, high-performance digital platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesFull Stack Development & Solution DeliveryDesign, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Node.js and modern front end frameworks.Build and maintain microservices-based architectures for enterprise applications.Develop responsive user interfaces using React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.Design and implement secure, scalable, and high-performance backend services.Develop and integrate RESTful APIs with internal and third-party applications.Database & Backend DevelopmentDesign, develop, and optimize SQL database schemas, queries, and stored procedures.Ensure efficient database performance, scalability, and data integrity.Support backend optimization, debugging, and performance tuning.Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.Application Integration & DevOpsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate front-end, backend, and third-party systems.Support CI/CD pipelines for application deployment and microservices delivery.Manage source code using Git and follow development best practices.Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with product managers and technical teams.Performance, Support & Continuous ImprovementTroubleshoot and resolve application defects across both front-end and back-end components.Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.Contribute to code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.Prepare technical documentation and follow organizational SOPs and development standards.RequirementsQualification & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.5-6+ years of hands-on Full Stack development experience.Strong experience with Node.js and Express.js or similar backend frameworks.Hands-on experience with SQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Microsoft SQL Server.Experience designing and developing microservices-based applications.Strong experience with modern front-end technologies including React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs.Familiarity with Git, version control, and CI/CD processes.Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is an advantage.Experience with MongoDB, DynamoDB, or other NoSQL databases is preferred.Required SkillsetExpertise in Node.js, Express.js, and Full Stack application development.Strong proficiency in React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.SQL database design, optimization, and query performance tuning.Microservices architecture and API development.RESTful API integration and authentication mechanisms.Git version control and CI/CD pipelines.Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or DynamoDB.Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and Agile collaboration skills.BenefitsCompetitive Salary + Benefits PackageFull-stack ownership across back-end, front-end, and cloud ecosystems.Seamless cross-team collaboration within a dynamic Agile squad.Delivery of scalable, business-critical applications that drive measurable results.Accelerated career growth within a supportive, feedback-rich culture.
