You'll build real products, and you'll apply senior engineering judgement to AI: reading code written by AI models, spotting exactly what's right and wrong, and explaining it in clear, precise English.If you use AI tools every day, care deeply about code quality, and write as clearly as you code, you'll fit right in.What you'll doAI training and evaluationCreate coding challenges for frontier AI models: tough prompts, expert-level "golden" answers, and precise, atomic grading rubricsReview and annotate how AI agents reason through SWE-bench-style tasks built from real open-source repositoriesTurn real GitHub issues and pull requests into fair, solvable agentic benchmarksRank, review and correct AI-generated code, and red-team AI coding assistants to find where they breakProduct engineeringBuild and ship full-stack web and mobile products with React, Next.js, React Native, Node.js and PythonBuild AI agents and LLM-powered features with LangChain, AutoGen and the OpenAI, Claude and Gemini APIsDeploy and run applications on AWS, GCP or AzureAcross bothUse AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot or similar) every day to plan, write, test and review code, while owning the quality of everything you shipWork directly with clients and partners in the US and Europe: clarify requirements, write specs and share clear updatesReview code and guide junior developersWhat we're looking for3–4 years of professional full-stack development, with production apps you've shippedStrong TypeScript/JavaScript, React and Node.js, plus working knowledge of PythonA sharp code reviewer: you find bugs, edge cases, design flaws and security issues in someone else's code (including an AI's) and can explain why they matterDaily hands-on use of AI coding tools, and a clear sense of where they go wrongPractical prompt engineering: you can write prompts that reliably get what you want, and prompts hard enough to expose a model's weak spotsExcellent written English that is clear, structured and precise, because researchers and clients abroad read much of what you writeConfidence on calls with international clientsNice to haveCompetitive programming experience (Codeforces, CodeChef, LeetCode)Java or C++RAG, vector databases, LangGraph or MCPDocker and CI/CD
