Senior Full Stack Engineer (Full-Stack / AI) – London – £150,000 + Equity | HybridExplore Group is partnering with a well-funded, high-growth startup transforming high-stakes, regulated enterprise workflows with modern, AI-first software.Following substantial investment from leading VCs, they are expanding their core engineering team and seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to take full ownership of greenfield feature development from day one.The RolePartner directly with the founders and technical leadership to translate complex domain challenges into scalable, user-centric products.Build, test, and ship end-to-end features rapidly across a modern full-stack web and AI architecture.Design and implement intelligent agentic workflows and LLM-driven tooling integrated directly into core user experiences.Key RequirementsStartup Track Record: Proven experience thriving in agile, fast-paced early-stage environments with a high degree of autonomy.Full-Stack Proficiency: Strong production background across both frontend and backend development, ideally using Python / React or Typescript ecosystems.
