Senior Full-Stack Developer

Hire Pals is hiring on behalf of a leading international architecture and engineering consultancy for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join their technology team in Cairo, Egypt.This is a highly autonomous, hands-on role for an experienced developer who can take ownership of the full software development lifecycle — from understanding business requirements and designing solutions through development, integration, deployment and ongoing support.You'll work closely with senior stakeholders across Finance, HR, Operations and other business functions, building enterprise applications, automating workflows and connecting systems across the organization.📍 Location: Cairo, EgyptWhat you'll be doing:Design, develop, test and deploy enterprise web applications using .NET Framework / .NET Core, ASP.NET and SQL Server.Build and maintain business applications and modules supporting HR, CRM, scheduling, operations and inventory.Own the full SDLC, from requirements gathering and solution design through coding, testing, deployment and maintenance.Design databases and develop SQL queries, scripts, functions and stored procedures.Customize and integrate ERP systems, enterprise platforms and third-party APIs.Build workflow automation, approval systems, dynamic forms and internal business tools.Develop dashboards and reporting solutions using tools such as Power BI.Work across multiple databases and enterprise systems to enable reliable cross-department data flows.Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve application performance and reliability.Work directly with senior stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.Use AI-assisted development tools such as Copilot to accelerate development and improve productivity.What we're looking for:10–14 years of software development experience, ideally with strong full-stack exposure.Strong hands-on experience with .NET Framework / .NET Core, ASP.NET and SQL Server.Strong SQL development skills, including stored procedures, scripting and database design.Experience with JavaScript and front-end web technologies.Working knowledge of Python.Experience integrating systems through APIs and enterprise/ERP platforms.Exposure to Power BI or similar data visualization tools.Strong understanding of business processes and workflows across functions such as Finance, HR and Operations.Ability to independently manage solutions from requirements gathering through deployment.Strong problem-solving, analytical and documentation skills.Excellent English communication skills, with the confidence to work directly with senior and C-suite stakeholders.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field.Experience with SharePoint, SSIS, SSRS, Docker, Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB, Deltek, Form.io or Autodesk platforms would be an advantage.
