Location: Reston VADuration: Full timePosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in modern web technologies, cloud platforms, and applied AI to join our team in Reston, VA.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of development and architecture experience, with proven skills in building scalable applications, integrating APIs.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain full stack applications using React, Angular, Node.js, Python, and REST APIs.Design and implement user-friendly web interfaces using modern front-end technologiesDevelop and maintain server-side applications and APIsCreate and manage databases, optimizing their performanceEnsure cross-platform optimization for mobile devicesArchitect and implement cloud-native solutions on AWS, leveraging services such as Lambda, S3, EC2, and RDS.Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless deployment and integration.Apply Agentic AI techniques to enhance automation, reasoning, and decision-making in healthcare applications.Implement LLMOps and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks for large language model deployment and optimization.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, compliant, and high-performance healthcare applications.Debug and troubleshoot issues to maintain seamless functionalityCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutionsStay updated with the latest developments in web application technologyEnsure adherence to EHR interoperability standards and FHIR protocols for seamless data exchange.Apply machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) to drive predictive analytics and intelligent features.Troubleshoot, optimize, and refactor code to improve scalability and maintainability.Required Qualifications5+ years of professional software development experience in full stack environments.Strong proficiency in React, Angular, Node.js, Python, REST APIs.Experience with modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.jsKnowledge of responsive design and cross-browser compatibilityExperience in database design, optimization, and query performance tuningProficiency in both SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databasesHands-on experience with AWS Cloud services and cloud-native architectures.Proven expertise in CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar).Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team membersExperience with Agentic AI, LLMOps, and RAG implementations.Prior experience in healthcare application development, with knowledge of EHR interoperability and FHIR standards.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile, fast-paced environments.
