Senior Full Stack Developer (Go, React), Individual Contributor

Role Description This full-time, on-site Senior Full Stack Developer (Go, React) role is based in Riyadh and focuses on end-to-end delivery of web applications. The individual contributor will design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend services in Go and modern frontend interfaces using React. Responsibilities include collaborating with product and design teams to refine requirements, implementing secure and performant APIs, integrating frontend and backend components, and ensuring high-quality code through reviews and automated testing. The role also involves troubleshooting production issues, optimizing application performance, maintaining documentation, and contributing to continuous improvement of development practices and tooling.Qualifications Strong proficiency in Full-Stack Development and Software Development, with proven experience delivering production-grade web applications.Hands-on expertise in Back-End Web Development, ideally using Go (Golang) for building scalable services and APIs.Advanced Front-End Development skills with React, including component-based architecture, state management, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.Solid understanding of Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases, RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs, and integration with third-party services.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (e.g., Docker), and cloud platforms or DevOps practices.Strong problem-solving, debugging, and optimization skills, with the ability to work independently as an individual contributor.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Ability to work on-site in Riyadh and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a diverse, inclusive environment.
