The company’s culture emphasizes collaboration, high-quality delivery, and the development of its people as a core driver of success.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Full Stack Developer role based in El Maadi El Gadida. The Senior Full Stack Developer (Java & Angular) will design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications, implementing robust back-end services in Java and dynamic front-end interfaces using Angular, HTML, CSS, and related technologies. The role includes participating in solution design, writing clean and testable code, performing code reviews, optimizing application performance, and ensuring scalability and security standards are met. The developer will collaborate closely with product owners, business analysts, QA engineers, and other developers to deliver high-quality features, troubleshoot complex issues, and support continuous improvement of existing systems. Responsibilities also include mentoring junior developers, contributing to technical best practices, and staying current with modern full-stack development trends and tools.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong back-end web development skills, including experience with Java frameworks, RESTful APIs, and database design.Candidates should possess solid front-end development skills, including Angular, HTML5, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for building responsive, user-centric interfaces.Candidates should possess software development skills covering the full lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.Candidates should possess full-stack development skills that enable seamless integration between front-end and back-end components in scalable web applications.Experience with version control (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is beneficial.Knowledge of modern software architecture patterns (e.g., microservices), security best practices, and performance optimization is preferred.Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams are required.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is expected.
