Senior Full Stack Developer (m/f/d)

You will join the product team of a European tech company building an agentic AI product from scratch. The team is distributed across Europe and the US.You are employed by Scope Merge in Tunis on a permanent contract and work full-time as part of the client's product team.Role Description Design, build and ship production-ready web applications that sit at the center of the AI product, and shape its architecture and technical foundationOwn full-stack features end to end, from the frontend (React, Vue) through the backend (Node.js, Python), and bring AI capabilities into the interfaces users actually touchHelp define the tech stack and system architecture, and build scalable API microservices with Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelinesWork closely with AI engineers, product managers and other stakeholders to ship software that holds up technically and makes sense as a productRaise the engineering bar across the team through mentoring, code quality and better toolingQualificationsA university degree in computer science, software engineering or a related field, and at least 5 years of hands-on experience in agile product developmentStrong JavaScript and TypeScript with React, Vue and Node.js, plus solid Python and a backend framework such as Django or FastAPIReal production experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP), CI/CD, containerization with Docker and Kubernetes, scalable API design and application securityA working command of refactoring, design patterns and building applications that scale. GraphQL or graph databases such as Neo4j are a plusComfort with ambiguity and fast change in early-stage product workExcellent written and spoken English.
